I already had this done, but I was deciding whether or not I'll change her weapon design. I decided to keep it the way it is....Don't point out that the flames suck, I KNOW THEY DO.OTL

Name: Vanessa Swan

Gender: Female
Birth Country: United States
Hobbies: Shopping, singing
Special powers: Fire(Can make/control any type of fire at will. Unaffected by flames unless she wants to be burned.)
Weapon of choice: Chain and ball. Can be summoned from anywhere. Moves at her will, usually floating. Can also ignite flames. Is very light in her hands but heavy in others. Will burst into flames and burn anyone who gets a hold of it though.
Mythical creature partner: "Magic"(unicorn)

Info: Vanessa comes to Sheila's school as a new kid. She's already gotten her powers by then. Finding out that Sheila may have powers like herself, Vanessa does her best to protect Sheila from an evil organization who's after her powers, until Sheila releases them and fights them off.
After that, she tags alongside her, thinking now the two are friends. Sheila's not very pleased considering the fact she doesn't want any friends, but is unable to get her to go away.

Unlike alot of the girls in the story, Vanessa is a gentle, sweet, naive girl. Being the kinda nice girl she is, she tends to be liked by many boys...unfortunately, she's too dull to notice that. She never cusses or gets violent in anyway too.(Except for when she fights monsters does she use violence)
This characteristic may have been made due to the fact that she spent most of her childhood in a hospital, being a weak and timid little girl. It's thanks to a certain event in which she obtains her powers, that she is able to become her healthy and cheerful self today.

The downside for this character is that she tends to mess up on alot of things;studies, sports, cooking, etc. She's not exactly the very smart type, she can't do any sport without either running out of breathe/tripping, and she could make food that could keep a full grown man in bed for 3 days. But there is one skill she's really really good at, which is singing. She's always in tune and in rythem. She loves it very much and would be happy to cheer anyone up with a song.
